"Tubers" are advised to use the buddy system for safety. But I've yet to go fishing with another one. (I don't even know if that's the word for people who fish from a tube float.) At times I've seen others out in U-boats, but only occasionally do I come close enough to talk.
So you're pretty much on your own, figuring out equipment and techniques, and it's pretty lonely with no one to compare notes. So I'm hoping you boat-blessed anglers who know of tubers will direct them here. Please!
I've pretty much had to invent the wheel, so to speak. When something bugs me, I mull it over until a better way comes to mind. I've resolved a lot of problems and now am fairly comfortable with operating out of a tube in a variety of situations and locations. So are other tubers, who I'm sure have a lot to share. Together we'll be a lot better off.
