I just got back from fishing the shad run on the James. Fishing is wide open. One day we caught more than 50! Bait of choice was a dart and spoon rig.

E-10 Fuel has been destroying my boats. I've rebuilt carbs in two boats, three times in the past year. I think it is about time that I write my congressman.

I've been thinking about one, if for nothing else the exercise. However, at nearly 400 pounds I just get the vision of an upside down pyramid. Maybe one of those float pontoons will be more my speed ...

What a great place to take a kid for fishing. They are sure to catch and have a blast. It is every bit as cheap as gas and bait!

I have recently moved out of the area but used to fish the Nottoway a lot. It is probably quite high.

Go to the home page and look up the water flow for the river.

He's given you some great spots. You need to invest in a small boat or you can rent one at many of the Suffolk Lakes.
