South Bay Estates is a neighborhood within the city of Miami in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. It is located just south of The Pines, from SW 26th Street, east of Douglas Road, west of Unity Boulevard and north of South Dixie Highway. It became part of the City of Miami in 1926.
