Want to go up Saturday morning and want to know if anyone has been on the river since the storm . Does anyone know if the launch at chickahominy haven restaurant is open and usable ? This is a dumb question this time of year if you know this river , but has anyone caught `em good ?
Had a textbook day Saturday . My partner and I caught 19 bass between 1.5 and 4 pounds with the best 5 weighing arounf 14-15 pounds . Some good healthy fish . Water was 52.5-53 in the morning and we found 56.5 degrees by the mid afternoon .
