Trolled Carvins Cove for about 3 hours this morning. I caught a 17 inch largemouth, a 17 inch smallmouth, and a 10 inch large mouth. Also lost a big smallmouth that grabbed a top water.
Bait Details: They were hitting a Cabelas walleye lure.
Location Details: Between the ramp and the dam in deep water. Bait schools everywhere and the fish were often exploding on bait on the surface. Usually just out of casting range.
